Terms and Conditions

**All invoices must be paid in full to confirm your sign rental. By paying your invoice, you agree to our rental terms and conditions as follows:

*Our prices are based on a one phrase greeting, including age, one name, graphics, balloons, and stars.  Additional phrases or names may be added for an extra fee.  We will deliver, set up, and take down our greeting.  Our yard greeting will stay up for 24 hours.  Greetings are typically set up the night before (morning set ups may be available by request) and picked up the following evening.  Additional time can be added for an extra fee. 
*You will be notified via text or phone call when we are headed to set up your greeting. If you are ordering a greeting for a location other than your home, please let someone in that household or business know that we will be setting up in their yard and returning to pick up within 24 hours.
*For the safety of everyone, please DO NOT allow anyone to play on or around the yard card display. Our display items WILL NOT safely support the weight of a child or adult leaning, sitting, or playing on them.  DO NOT move our signs for any reason.  If you need them to be taken down early, please contact us and we will arrange to pick them up.  Any damage to our signs will be billed to you at a cost of $20 per letter or graphic.
*Please protect our inventory from any damage that might be caused due to flying debris from lawnmowers, dogs, etc.  Contact with string trimmers or lawnmowers will damage the sign.  If the lawn must be cut while our sign is there, you may be subject to a cleaning fee of up to $50 and/or $20 for each damaged letter or graphic.
*Please water your grass 1-2 hours the day of set up.  If the ground is too hard it may damage our stands and delay or prohibit set up.  If we are unable to set up, you will only receive 50% of your payment back due to travel expenses and stand replacements.
*We do not set up in inclement weather.  If we are unable to set up due to bad weather, we will provide a full refund.
*Yard Favor and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the set-up or removal of any rental.
*By booking with Yard Favor, you are agreeing to allow photographs of your display to be used for marketing purposes, unless otherwise requested in writing.  Yard cards are fun in nature and meant to add to your occasion. We will not do any greetings that contain lewd, disrespectful language that are not positive in nature.
*If you are pleased with our services, please leave a good review on Google Business and our Facebook page.  By doing so you will receive a one time 10% discount off a future greeting.  Thank you for supporting our business
